NI Ambaari Suites - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Worst experience of any room I've ever been in, loud noises in the middle of the night , highly rude staff and irresponsible manager , I was billed for 2 days where as I stayed only one day, didn't provide me with a legitimate bill. There are many other better options around please take your time and select some other hotel ,don't do the mistake I did

Location of the hotel is in the city centre, but rooms are full of rodents and untidy blankets and stinky rooms. Service is average. But bellboys are very obedient and helpful, cooperative very humble to serve us till late night. Need to improve on service delivery.

We booked this hotel for a stay of 2 days. But the experience with the staff especially left a very bad impression of the hotel. We had the following issues - infrastructure issues and service issues Infrastructure issues: The room that was shown in the picture while booking was not the same one that was allotted to me. Many of the things listed in the room description was either missing or broken There was no iron box, kettle, dining table. Some of the cushioned tables had only 3 legs. The knob to turn on and off the shower was broken Service issues: When checking into the room, there was no amenities placed in the room - no water bottles, no toiletries. We had to request each one by calling up the reception every time. When we complained that about the same, we were assured that the next day everything would be stocked up ( water bottles, toilet paper etc). The co- ordination between night staff mid day staff is an alien concept for the management of the hotel. The next day no amenities was stocked, the toilets were not even cleaned. When we asked the staff they were surprised we were still in the hotel ( looks like they did not even know we were staying for 2 nights). When we asked about this , they said they cannot enter the room to clean and restock without our permission. When we told them that we already requested for these the previous night, they said no such communication had come through, so they did not do anything. They tried to make some amends and supplied 2 water bottles and cleaned the trash. They proposed to clean the toilets and then the staff disappeared. We waited for an hour and finally gave up.

Horrible service, cockroaches all over the room. Receptionist would not share contact number of hotel manager. No other room was allocated. Waste of money. The room shown in photos and that provided are exact opposites. No kettle was provided initially. When the kettle was finally sent in, it had cob webs inside of it. The room photo shown while booking and the one allocated are very different. Very unhygienic and cheap quality of hotel. The bed sheets have stain on them and when asked to change the sheets they told us those are sticker stains *they are still stains". Morning breakfast table in the hotel restaurant also had cockroaches taking their early morning strolls. Really horrible how such hotel and restaurants even exist and charge 5000 for the same. Disgusting.

Won't stay again. I had booked the delux king room for a day. +++ve + room was 5 min walk to palace. + good space for parking + helpful staff + has a restaurant -----ve - Very small room. Not worth the price. It was Desehra time and maybe that's why they are charging more. - room description said City view but my room window had next building wall in front of it and so I couldn't open it and ventilation was lagging. - we came from Bangalore and we are not used to AC. Now the room doesn't have a fan and only AC. We couldn't turn on the AC and also couldn't open the window. - Hot water wasn't coming in the washroom. Asked the staff and they said no hot water but at checkout time the reception told me that it's available. We took the room only for a night stay so it was manageable. The room is good, clean but I think it's not worth 6.5k.

The facilities are shabby with no signs of repair works during the stays. The food is good though little expensive and is the only reason for my one star. Staff is very rude and acts as if the guests are the ones who are trespassing and disturbing their quiet time of reflection. And they have a tendency of overcharging (over 1k) even if the stay is fully paid for beforehand on booking apps. This seemed like a behaviour out of pure spite. They neither provided bills for this nor showed the charges specified on the stay guidelines. No choice other than paying them unless we don't need a peaceful checkout.

Disgusting Hotel. Dirty, stained sheets. Smelly room. Very old and run down (the pictures are out of date on websites). Minimal amenities, if any. Do not stay here. A complete waste of money and rip off. The AC worked and is close to Mysore palace but still a complete waste of money. Not a 3 star hotel, more like 1.

I'll just list down the list of reasons of why one should never stay at this place 1. Unclean bed sheets. We requested for a change. We got ones which were dirtier 2. Slowest service and turnround. Replacing a bedsheet after the work started took 45 mins 3. Cockraches in room 4. Overpriced - 4k/night.
