Our stay at the hotel was disappointing due to the confused attitude of the receptionists. Despite the fact that we were there for an emergency with my wife and sister-in-law, the staff seemed unprepared and disorganized for allocating a room with 3 occupancy. They struggled to provide basic information about room availability and amenities, which only added to our stress. Communication was unclear and it felt like they weren't taking our situation seriously. This lack of professionalism and empathy made an already challenging time even more frustrating. I hope the hotel can improve its customer service in such critical situations.
Good clean rooms. Had a great sleep.. But they don't have a restaurant facility nearby.

Horrible experiance ... very dissapointing with rooms .. lots of mosquitos... not suitable for families.. not recomended . Very unhygienic.. and very pathetic service couldnt sleep for a night..

Good but price was high when I booked (2200) better options ( Deluxe Rooms ) available at this price. especially the bathroom same like a lodge washroom.
But if you can get it at a low price, it's great.
The rooms are very clean, Room service is good & Staff behavior is also good.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay. The room's pristine cleanliness truly impressed me upon arrival. The service was beyond excellent - the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness were exceptional.
Very neat and clean rooms and excellent service. We booked premium rooms which can accommodate 3 adults, one more cot was added on request, by paying an additional amount but not too much. The rent is affordable. Value for money.
