Nexstay Panchvati Comforts - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I arranged accommodation for some guests at this hotel on the 24th November 2023. The rooms were comfortable and good. I chose this hotel for my guests considering the proximity to my home. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, supportive and courteous. Ms. Deepa and Mr John at the front desk were battling a big group which had not vacated the hotel at the right time which hampered their check in of new guests - but they really put in efforts to persuade them to vacate and also quickly turned around the rooms and ensured that our guests were checked in without much of hassles. The way they handled the situation was exemplary and I am sure that on a normal day, they will be able to provide a superior facilitation. My critical comment is their tariff should have been 25% lesser than what they offered me. The elevator should be replaced with a new one which can accommodate more passengers and baggage. Upkeep of the elevator was not good as the elevator is old with broken floors, poor doors and we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe as we took the elevator.. Parking is a major issue. They should provide a safe and secure parking space for overnight guests with cars.

Hotel Panchvati Comforts is the very definition of a grand ole hotel. Faithfully maintaining its distinguished looks and serving guests now for over 10 years. A cute and classy Coffee Shop adorns the front serving the usual fare along with their very own unique Tandoori Chai. The entrance to this grand hotel is just adjacent to this Coffee Shop dressed up almost like the entrance to a cozy, private residence. If you have business in South Bangalore and want to stay in a spacious, clean hotel-room at a very reasonable rate, you might want to consider Hotel Panchvati Comforts. NOTE: Panchvati Comforts has a restaurant, but has a long tradition of be strictly VEGETARIAN. So, if you are craving non-veg...you might want to eat elsewhere before coming home to Panchvati.

Overall, it was a decent experience. It was hassle free. The only downside is that the bed sheets could have been much cleaner, but overall, it was a decent experience considering it was close to the office I had planned to visit.

One of the worst experience one person can have is from this hotel in midnight 11 pm they called me and told your booking cancelled and given reason of powercut and all , dont stay at this hotel Very very very uncomfortable

Good hotel at decent price with veg restaurants.. Walkable from Forum mall south bengaluru and nearer to Iskcon vaikunta hill.. Hotel is located in the main road and have a theatre nearby

staff very polite and provide excellent hospitality. very satisfied with stay. Taste of food is also good
