Nexstay Crystal Residency - Hotel in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

I was indeed expecting a three star hotel but probably would say it is two star. I was disappointed with the cleanliness aspect, there are so many cockroaches in the room. Once you go out and come back there are many which crawl over your luggage and bed. Washroom and room size is average. Staff is polite but little confused. New private bus stand is just opposite to the hotel which is an advantage for easy commutation. Railway station is almost a kilometer from here.

Very good service and behaviour from staff. It's located just opposite the new Bus stand, easy accessibility. Room service/food is not available, but we can easily order from outside restaurants. Rooms are a bit small and need maintenance. But overall a good experience. Rates are decent with flexible check out options when we booked directly.

The rooms are disgusting with smoke smell and the beds are so bad that you are sure to get back pain the next day. Basic services like simple hot water, Tissues nothing is there in the rooms.

Rooms are standard but little bit congested.. The response & manners of the staff were very impressive.. Inadequate parking space, cramped reception area and lift space were negatives..

One of the best n economical stays in kozhikode professional staff good room all the amenities are simply superb but they do lack parking space but if u mange to get tat this is the best one in town

Stayed 1 day in this property.Price is like 4 star hotels.But rooms are very small and congested. Property showing pool facilities.But don't be fooled by that.There is no pool available in this property.

I like that 2 day in this hotel.room and bathroom are well cleaned. Nice Hospitality . Location. center of the city so very easy to go mall and beach.. easy to get any type of transportation facilities.. its awsome

I recently stayed at the Crystal and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. The room I was initially given had a cockroach infestation, which was extremely unpleasant. I was moved to another room, but this room had no hot water, so the staff had to bring two buckets of hot water to my room for me to be able to take a shower. The reception staff were nice and accommodating to help, but the overall state of the hotel's premises were not well maintained. I would not recommend this hotel to others due to the issues I encountered.
