Do not go to this showroom ever. I repeat please do not go to this showroom for any car booking. They will not deliver the car on time and they will never inform you anything. All they do is delaying the vehicle delivery, be it vehicle or be it insurance papers. If you really wanted to buy a maruti car, better to go to any other NEXA showroom, but not this one. Especially the manager Swamy, he's such an irresponsible person he never calls back on any queries. I doubt all these things are going to owner really. Or may be the owner also aware of this and deliberately acting as if everything is fine? Whatever it is, they are giving lot of pain to customers. So, my advice to customer reading the review, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS ARENA AND NEXA SHOWROM.

We took the baleno car , the delivery Is also late ,we are waiting for the number plate its been more than 2 and half months even the TR got expired , how many times we call also they respond sometime they don't respond all the time ,no proper updates, once you receive the car they don't mind what's about the customer will face about the car issues,even the TRgot expired we have called them before , they were telling it will get completed but it's gonna be 3rd month,they don't even care about the customers words. Worst response ,we regret for choosing this showroom...worst experience.
