First and foremost the best showroom in kollam, weather it be the ambiance of the showroom or the customer service. The executive was well versed in the area had no issues form the booking to the delivery .

I bought an Ignis Alpha AGS. The customer dealing and their patience in dealing was outstanding. My time to take the delivery was after 6:30PM. Expect long delay for delivery. Staff and service is not punctual. Maruti has its customer base, however this showroom is not going to be a good customer friendly. The delivery was taken for my friend on 8-Aug-2023. Fronx Grey model. I have posted the photos as well in the google database. My recommendation to the team is timely delivery will make things comfortable for the customer. Also the delivery area and delivery process is not impressive. The whole experience is based on my personal experience while accompanying my friend to take his new car.
