Very good experience. Interacted with Mr Vinay and Mr.Srikanth here. They were polite, knowledgeable and pretty quick to get me a car within less than a month even though waiting time was 2 months. Unfortunately I couldn't purchase due to financial constraints. They promptly refunded the full amount. I will surely be booking my next car with them. There was no pressure to give a good rating, buy accessories or any other sales issue. Highly recommended.

Took delivery of Ignis last month. Happy with the overall experience. RM Mr. Vinay was constantly in touch and helping with all hassles throughout and kept us updated on the wait times and vehicle delivery. Test drive was ready at once. There were proper feedback calls from Pratham and also Mr. Vinay about our booking plans. Post delivery he even brought missed out accessories home and delivered them. He was also very professional in his approach and did not bad-mouth competitor cars and gave fair comparisons. Appreciate the work of Mr. Srikanth and the entire team.

Nexa was an excellent experience. Of course it's the people who define the excellence and the customer experience. In my case it was Avinash who was amazingly patient and thorough which ultimately convinced me to buy the Maruti Grand Vitara. Avinash never got tired of answering every query of ours which ultimately helped our decision. Looking forward to taking possession of our Grand Vitara soon which by itself is a star performer hybrid vehicle that gives a whopping 27kms mileage.
