Delivery experience is fine. But they took longer waiting period (over a month) which eventually led to registering vehicle after a price rise.

Tbh the atmosphere in this place is AMAZING. it feels like a 5 star hotel and the hospitality is exceptionally good. All the staff are friendly and warm. Covid safety measures followed excellently. I was quite impressed. And ofc the cars are sleek and superior. Must visit. Best showroom in Vellore!
The way of explaining the customer needs is very nice. Very amicable staff like Sathish, Raghu and the remaining staff also. Before reaching Nexa show room, I was in fully confused mind as which vehicle I have to buy. After speaking with Sathish, Raghu & Ananda Raj - they cleared all my doubts and suggested me very well. And also we were very happy to share that during Vehicle Delivery, staff exclusively sathish & team co-operated very nicely. Thanks a lot.
