Good quality equipment. Sufficient quantity of treadmills and ellipticals; didn't have to wait for turn. Equipment are also well spaced and not crammed. There are three qualified instructors at any given point. No loud music. Decent crowd. Students from nearby college sometimes crowd up in the evening but morning hours are free. The only good gym in Hulimavu area at a reasonable price point
Very nice gym with all equipment.. especially they have many equipment for abs n arm cycle which is very effective in losing upper body fat... very good interior n positive energy for work out..n friendly n experienced trainers ... I highly recommend this fitness centre
In the Bannerghatta area, right now, this is one of the best gyms, very clean and with all the latest equipment. I feel good after working out, and the trainer is very friendly and professional. It is one of the best gyms for people living in Gottigere, Hulimavu, Arekere, or whoever covers Bannerghatta, and I recommend it to them. All the very best!! Thankyou!
I have been working out with Vincent way before this gym came into existence and when he decided to open his own gym, it was a no brainer for me to join it. At first, it was about the trainer, however, the first time I saw the gym, it quickly became my first reason to join it. Amazing equipments (few of which are not there even in Gold's gyms). Consider this as an example, this is the first time when I can see myself doing a bench workout as they have overhead mirrors!. And then ofcourse, they have great trainers and friendly staff. Overall a 5* rating from my side. Keep going strong #NewLineFitnessHub..
