God knows how was this project allowed. This project is a living example of how power, money can be used as a influence for corruption by Corrupt politicians. I was here long ago and suddenly when i was here after few years a big building out of the blue. This building should be uprooted from the group level
Little more spacious flats in Mumbai standard. One tower of two ready in an integrated cluster. So ready for the constructions. Seeming dispute with green activists for acquiring common mangrove forests. Lobby, club houses, play are are superb but not fully functional yet.

This is luxurious & spacious project with great amenities. Tower A already has OC & many residents have already moved in. The property is well managed by a professional facility management agency. The location is adjacent to all the IT companies including Capgemini.
