The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It's a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my friends and family.

The first and the best gym which was ever started in guduvancheri running successfully for over 30 plus years and had been the first step of success for multiple bodybuilders. There are numerous equipment's available including old school equipment's in excellent condition that's what makes life long changes in body and increases strength & endurance. All sort of training available with proper guidance and support.

Awesome infrastructure and all workout machines and dumbells are available along with Perfect skilled trainer (Senthil sir). Best place for the persons who are willing to do fitness or Body Building exercise. We can learn many new exercise for full body in this gym.

First of all, one of the underrated master we have in this gym. Most gyms has separate cost if we want trainers, but not here. But here senthil master gives proper training with his years of accumulated knowledge and also gives proper diet based on people's needs. All of these things comes with affordable costs. Equipments are good. He also has some 4 or 5 degrees in yoga and other stuffs. So not only in paper, his practical knowledge also is very good. I lost nearly 3 kgs in my first month here. Apart from this, they have badminton, yoga, silambam and other stuffs too... Iam completely satisifed for the costs and the service he provided.

(Be it weight loss or muscle building. ) One of the best GYM in and around Guduvanchery. Most of the GYM charges extra for personal training, but not here in New World GYM. Senthil Master purely running this GYM as a proper profession and not as a business or money making unit.
