Gym is equipped with all necessary equipments and the trainer is knowledgeable to plan workouts as per individual's goal. Friendly but at the same time he is very particular in terms of the workout plan. I would recommend this gym and trainer.

Trainer is very friendly mean time very strict to accomplish our goal whether it is weight gaining or weight loss.. personally I did weight loss training and I have reached my target weight. Do support your gym.
