Bad experience. Rude attitude to customers.. I have the call recordings of our conversation. If they don't provide lock repair service, he should've told me before leaving my suitcase at the shop . After our phone conversation, he is saying this is not a service center and it can't be done. You can take your luggage and go. Please learn some manners and don't yell at customers.
