New track Gym is a total disappointment. They have old, unsafe equipment, terrible hygiene, and no modern amenities. The staff is unhelpful, and the gym seems stuck in the past. Avoid it at all costs.
Trainer is passionate and helpful. It has mix of old and new equipments. I joined for my short stay and they were helpful and gave directions on my exercises. Please do visit to meet the trainer. Thank you sir.
