Having trained in many facilities and then jumping into a session at The Gym I was really excited and nervous at the same time. The training was not the norm for me but having completed one session I can 100% see the benefit of this style of training. Simple movements that can be done at home or anywhere in conjunction with your training down at the Gym! Trainer has a very supportive coaching style where even though you may not know the movements (ie. me) you will feel accomplished by the end of the session. Highly recommended!

It's been so far good, I'm trying to reshape my fitness again, so I feel comfortable after seeing 5 more other gyms in my place because of the dedication level of the trainers and the owner of the GYM, that special care and attention will make positive instinct on anyone to get fit mentally. Cost wise very affordable so no second thoughts, right place to make oneself FIT . KEEP ROCKING GUYS

Has all the basic features! Its worth for its price

I had a great workout in this gym.Here mr.sambath is a good entertainer as well as a good trainer.you wont believe that i could see a great change in my body within a month i give a heartfull thank to sambath master

Gym was very nice ,all the equipment are new and good teaching master , so it was very useful for me to build my body
