Worst experience. Don't choose this hotel. For 1 hour delay they asked to pay the full amount of that day. It is ridiculous. Be aware of it. Cashier is useless worst person ever
Good and clean rooms but the cashier demanded an extra day charge for 1h delay in check out. The TV also didn't work.
Such a worst hotel I have ever experienced. Management of the hotel blames the customers that the customers damage their property and demanded an extra amount. Please check each and everything bedsheets and pillow covers also before checkin. I was blamed for tearing of pillow cover. Be careful.
Worst hotel in my life. AC doesn't work properly and they asking full money for 1 hour extra. There is no food and no wifi access. There is no cleaness in washroom and smells very bad and they doesn't provide you soap. Very bad experience please don't come here. Staff very rude they don't co-operate with you Zero hospitality.
Worst hotel in my life. They charged 1500 for ac room which is very small and congested..no service. We asked for 2 extra pillows which they simply denied. They didn't provide towels also citing reasons of rains. Even the blankets were yuck..thank god I had carried my own shawl.They have tieup with auto wallahs ..so if you ask autowallah for hotel he will surely take you there only. There are many better cheaper hotels in the vicinity. Even we chkd out in 1 day and changed our hotel.
No hot water facility ...atleast hot water should be available early morning ....you can't expect senior citizens and small kids to take bath in cold water.....washroom and rooms were stinky...
