The food was okay and the staff's behaviour and response were very quick. Also i tried watermelon juice but the taste was different and the staff replaced with new one
I had chicken mandi from here. The mandi was good but the atmosphere was not hygienic, the service also too bad,Food delayed for around 30 minutes, the staff is not giving value to the customers time.. The dining table also was not clean.. So better luck next time
They are known for The real taste of Arabic foods. They are one of the best Arabic cuisines in Kollam. the restaurant is well maintained in a tidy manner. They provide good service too. The price is a bit lower when compared to the other Arabic dish providers in the Region. And a Parking lot is also available. They manage it in a good way by providing the customers with hassle-free dining.
They even can give a single star rating on this. Very worst food experience, time,fd,service is very pathetic. Broast is totally burnt after 30min of delayed serve
Have seen the hotel with only one building and never interested to look inside.But with the latest extension they have made things look attractive now.They have varieties of food and were able to provide hot food at 10pm.I would have given 4 star rating but the toilet facility they provide is not adequate. THE TOILET WINDOW IS OPEN AND I HAD TO LITERALLY WAIT AT THE BACKSIDE OF THE TOILET TO ENSURE SAFETY OF MY SISTER.Photos reveals all....
