Hospital is good and all doctors also treated good. But the stafs ,nurses and the cleaners, I had never seen a worst hospital like this , no digital payments accepted here . This is the worst hospital ever I have seen in my entire life. PM Modi is telling that make in India , digital India and here this hospital is not accepting digital payments. Such a worst feeling I had in this hospital. The medical staff is demanding customers to give money fast we have work .

All Doctors are good.. but only CASH payment is accepted.. Major drawback for this Hospital. 1.Sisters are not well trained.. 2.No canteen facility. 3.Surrounding hygienic food is not available. 4.Cash payment, 5.if you ask anything, you will get an answer from them after one hour.

They just want money simply wasting time of patient #money minded

Dr Vishwanath Reddy is Waste Doctor he don't know the correct medicine details... If you admit in that hospital you will go with Die... Vishwanath Reddy only need Money.. He will spoke nice words while admitting after that he loot money I suggest not go for that hospital Dr Vishwanath Reddy is Robbing Money from Poor People

No words to talk about doctors.. All doctors are good.... But nurses, sisters are very worst. I think shivam hospital building owner also will not behave like these peoples...they don't know properly to inject the injection god only has to save the patients... Specially in Covid-19 each and every patients should buy Sanitiser,2 nos of N-95 masks, and one box of gloveses but they will not give these 3 items to patients or guardians I don't know where these 3 items will go...they want Only money money money...Oh my God u only has to save the poor peoples.

One of the worst hospitals which I have visited so far ....... no pricing chart , no proper explanation

Dr.Vihwanath Reddy is Good Doctor, Nursing was good at our floor But the Management of this hospital is at its worst.. We are in 2021 and There is no any online payment and even no card payment either..They only accept cash and on enquiring about it to the GM..He told that there is no any specific reason for it and just said that it is thier wish to keep or not...For the medicines we have to wait around 30-40 minutes at the Pharmacy. I have attached a photo of the queue at pharmacy.The Pharmacy management is worst and the hospital doesn't even care about thier service...The Receptionist and other Management staff are completely worst.They are just behind money and they are providing zero service..I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.. Especially many poor people visit this hospital and they are exploiting them..At any cost I am not going to this hospital again
