Parlour in this complex is very very good.the bakery place is also very good.also as this place is close to the festive ground so restroom of this place is easily accessible to avoid going to hostel.

One of the worst customer care I have experienced. A few weeks ago, when I was waiting in the queue to check out the items, I observed that the cashier was messing up the bills, and queue priority was not following up. At that time, neither did I know one of my worst supermarket experiences was coming up, nor would I have to spend 45 minutes extra there. When my turn arrived, after billing, the cashier found she had added the bill of the previous person to mine. That's okay, understandable. It's a simple refund of a few hundred rupees. First, the manager, who was simply observing all these (without "managing" any of the chaos there) asked me to purchase something extra for the "few hundred" rupees. I had denied that. They started ignoring me, and I had to stand alienated adjacent to the counter with the items for the next 45 minutes. They simply couldn't refund me either by cash or by Google Pay. I had requested them multiple times to relieve me as I had to go home to take care of some urgent things. They first nodded and then kept ignoring my presence. Forty-five minutes for a simple refund that too was a critical mistake from the cashier is unacceptable! By the way, I have also found many of the stationary items are of lower quality and overpriced. It might be okay for some students but not for the majority population. Please go out and buy or order online to see the difference. All of these experienced in a few weeks after I arrive at IITK :-(

I thinks that's very expensive place but mrp items have 1% discount

All the shops are good. They have collections of just each and every single thing you may need so that you don't need to go outside the campus. Also the e shop offers with a fixed discount on every item you buy. Electronics products are selling with similar or comparable price segments. Also there is a unisex saloon and a food centre.

Be cautious, they sell expired products also. Even though some products are less priced, most products are over priced there... Better use big basket if you are in the campus

The only place in iit kanpur where you will find all the items which fulfils your daily requirements , like everything is available

Forcing people to give their contact details for online payment, and refusing to sell the products to the customer if the customer is not comfortable providing his/her contact number. Violation of privacy. I have complaint it to estate office if the action was taken than it will be escalated further. I suspect that they are selling the contact details outside. That's why many people are getting advertising SMS stating IIT Kanpur.
