Suggested by Mr. Sameer of @Gujjubox in his recent video on YouTube, we had a blast. We had pure, authentic, hygienic and mouth watering Kathiawadi dinner right at Chotila on Ahmedabad - Rajkot National highway. At the foot of Chotila mount which has ancient temple of Ma Chamunda. They served 6 vegetables with buttermilk, khichdi, kadhi and variety of indian breads. (Bajari Rotla, wheat Tawa roti and the hero of the movie "The 4 layer wheat Rotlo". They have special way of making this 4 layer rotlo. A 60 year lady makes this since last 40 years. Being foodie, I have eaten so many dishes with peculiarities, customs and rituals. But this is the best of all. It tasted mind boggling. Soft, aromatic and healthy. All the food is prepared on traditional mud Chula. Great taste, great service and healthiest Kathiawadi food. Must, must, must visit place when you are traveling between Rajkot and Ahmedabad.
