Timings - 7 th September 8.40 PM Items we order first: 1 mushroom masal roast 1 plain roast 1 set parrota 1 plate chicken 65 Out of the above ordered food items, the mushroom masal roast was ordered by my father and when he started eating it he found it tasting a bit odd so he had only the dosa by removing the masala as it tasted odd. When my mom and I tried it we got to know the masala that was served is spoiled, by then he had half of the dosa leaving out the masala. We complained about it they took it away and we asked them to give normal dosa as replacement and they did. The chicken 65 tasted like old chicken and the plain roast that my mom had was not cooked properly over the ends. After finishing our dinner we once again called the server and showed him the uncooked parts of the dosa and he didn't say anything. When we complained about the masal dosa there was this guy in a grey t-shirt at the billing counter. He and the server had a discussion with the people in the kitchen and they agreed to give normal dosa when we asked. Dad asked for only one dosa but they gave 2 dosa (set kal dosai) but ge asked the server to serve only one and ate only one. Now when we were about to pay the bill there was another person in white shirt and next to him was the grey t-shirt guy. I saw the bill and the masal dosa along with the normal dosa was also added to the bill. I just asked them why they have charged me for the spoiled food because other hotels don't charge for complained food and at once the grey t-shirt guy said they didn't serve spoiled food and we have eaten half of the dosa before making the complaint.Thats when I started recording the below attached 2 videos. I asked them to bring back the masala dosa we sent back to show and prove to them it was spoiled, missed to take pictures. The grey-shirt guy started talking in louder voices that could be heard by the entire hotel and talked ill about us stating - 'ithe polapave dhan suthitu irukeengala ellam' which was very disrespectful as if we had gone there for free food. Then the guy in white shirt started scolding the grey t-shirt guy and said they will replace the food and all those things which are all in the videos attached. I paid the full bill. I told him directly that I didn't come here without money to unnecessarily make complaints about food and paid 395 rupees. The actual bill was 365 attached here. I told them I have paid you extra only and don't be rude to customers and treat the customer well and for that too the grey-shirt guy was mocking us saying they are caring for the customers and to take a good picture/ video of his as his face is visible. I cannot withstand any random person disrespecting and talking awfully to my parents while complaining about the bad service. I have pics of the bill and payment also videos of the hotel staff's awful behaviour but couldn't upload it here

Located in a busy area but not a good place to have food. Hygiene levels are ok but the quality of food is below average - we ended up getting uncooked/spoiled food. Servers are polite but the manager there is too rude, with no manners. He can be heard shouting at people. Not visiting this place again.

Not so much great. Was good in earlier days but now bit deteriorating. Taste also degraded

Grill chicken taste is OK.. Little bit salty favour.. Mayonnaise is good.. Vinegar salad is good.

I had chicken biriyani and grill chicken. The taste was good but the chicken could have been cooked a little more. The waiter who served me was a very pleasant guy who will welcome you and take your orders with a smile.

Good hotel which is located near erode bus stand meanwhile just behind day breads coffee shop. It has AC and without AC dining halls. The service was very good and kind. All varities of non veg and veg including roti items.

11-01-2023 Nearby i recommended family pleasant restaurant. The best ambient & hygienic. Taste ok not best. I order pongal + dosai + roast Quantity enough value for the money. Rest space and park well maintained. payment mode gpay and cash. Must try nearby bakery veg-roll and coffee. Price tag 60/- per head enough.
