I visited new roots through recommendation from my friend as he had his hair transplanted here and had good results. I had my surgery on 1st November for 4400 grafts. Everything went well, all staff are very supportive. Overall i would say it was a good experience and would recommend new roots to everyone.

I had my HT at NewRoots , Kolakata on 25Nov, 2023. After visiting NewRoots and getting a hair transplant done through them, I can safely say that this is the BEST place in India to get your hair transplant treatment. Brief about me: I am 32 years old and have been observing male patters baldness since last 7-8years. I had scale 7 male patter. I had total 4760( head+beard ) graft implanted. After extensive research and testimonials from different people, I consulted NewRoots team online and landed in Kolkata a week after my consultation to get through with the hair transplant procedure. The facility is beautiful and the staff is extremely warm and cordial. In my case, the procedure lasted for a day (10 am to 7:30 pm). On the day of HT, I reached the clinic at 9am and Dona ma'am and Rupam sir made me confirtable with the process, then Dr. Santosh Ingle and Dr. Subhajit Ghoshal explained the whole procedure again and condition of donor area and effect of my previous HT on Donor area. Then, the supporting staff started the procedure of taking the grafts from donor area. All the Doctors and staff members are extremely talented and this showed in the way they operate - diligently accurate, precise, and with speed! The OT staff plays music of your choice throughout, keeps asking you if you're feeling comfortable, if you need break(s) in between. What surprised me was that throughout the duration in the OT, the staff themselves did not take any breaks; they were simply invested and kept on working diligently. I want to specially mention Kishor sir and Sunil sir for giving this much attention and care towards me. They showed extreme patience and devotion towards the procedure. They provide detailed instructions - what to do and what not to do both pre and post surgery, provide the medications, and diligently follow up through WhatsApp. One more important thing I want mention here is that, during my research I found that cost of HT in Delhi is way more costlier than Kolkata while giving the facilities. You will at least save 50k easily. Post HT, I feel confident that I will get good result and my look will change for good. So thanks to Team NewRoots, Kolkata.
