The Rathna Stores have been for many years. But the service is very poor. I didn't like the staff and place. The parking staff is so rude and charges 100rs if u don't buy any items but park the vehicle. The shop is huge and there are so many items but the rates are high compared to Bharatham. There is no AC and I can't purchase anything due to heat. NEVER GO AGAIN. NEVER RECOMMENDED.
Good place to pick all kitchen utensils, has a lot of collections, from the smallest to some of the big items required in the kitchen. Has good parking space for 2 and 4 wheeler. The only problem is nobody bothers to provide any customer service. You literally need to find the product that you want. The salesperson there are useless and they keep stating to check the product. May be there are a lot of damaged items as well. I somehow checked each and every product before paying the bill.
Vessels are of good quality. I bought many vessels here. All are good. Other than vessels one can also buy electronic items, furniture, plastic items, Pooja items etc. Affordable. Worth for money.

They don't help customers. All staff are busy in their own world. They have a lot of products though.

You have good items and lot of items to purchase for good price, however each sales person in this shop will look at you like - WHY ARE SHOPPING HERE. No sales person will answer you or show you or tell you. They want you to go out of the shop immediately. Poor customer experience and even I complained this to store manager - he is saying yes lot of customers have complained it, only if owner comes they will work else no one works in the shop. Owner Sir - either come to your shop all 7 days else you might need to shutdown in few years time.
Good Service and Reasonable price , some products prices are little higher. Overall good & Car parking are there.
