I had stayed so many times in this hotel but for first time I felt very disappointed because they asking for extra money. I had a booking though Goibibo it's clearly mentioned standard room with king size bed . But they provide me a twin size bed room . when I asked for another room with king bed they told me you have to have pay extra money. And I paid also it's not about money but please what you have provided about room details to the guest at least mention correctly which is helpful for us. And actually I'm a regular guest in this hotel but from today onwards I will not go for this hotel . You lose your customer .

Rooms and the location was really nice, but the front office was not good, all the hotels not charge the excess amount as advance , but they charge 500 extra as advance amount from the actual amount at the time of check inn, and when I checked out at the early morning they charge an additional amount , when I ask they told me it's kitchen amount , I don't purchase any items. They don't have any kitchen bill for me for the item , they said the kitchen was closed so they didn't know the bill, fake people's, be aware that they will charge any thing , ask for the bill, then pay

PLEASE DON'T BOOK. Worst ever hotel. They charged more money than the actual pricing and they did not even give us WATER when we requested them. Had an absolutely horrendous time spending a day here with my family. Never book here.

Bad service I booked the room by online with credit card . Amount also blocked but when I reached at the hotel they told us they don't know how to make the booking confirmation through online. And they tell us to pay extra cash for the room ..that means I need to pay 2*extra for the room Reception and manager is also not helping they just tell if you need take it other wise leave Very bad experience from this hotel

Poor service although the tariff is significantly high. One can easily get a better hotel in this tariff range for this area.

I stayed for two nights at the Nexstay Rainbow Business Hotel and I really enjoyed it. The rooms were warmly decorated and very comfortable. I loved that there was also a restaurant on site and a cafe, so you can get your meal without going out! What's even better is that they offer free breakfast every morning.

It's an old property, Rooms are neat. Service was good.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well laid out, and the hotel offered me so many amenities for an incredible price. I would highly recommend!
