My mother was admitted in New Pulse Hospital, Kamothe, the treatment which we received was amazing. The Doctors, and staff were really very helpful, and they took good care of my mother. Thank you for the support. And please keep doing the good things which you are doing. Thank you once again.
I was admitted due to dengue and I had mediclaim so separate private room was booked. I am sharing my reviews in 2 parts. Pros:1) Nurse staff is very caring. Cons:1) Even hospital mentioned separate private room while taking approval from new India mediclaim , Dr and staff from this hospital was requesting me to share the room. 2) I was in deluxe room but some construction was going and due to that cracky noise(drilling noise) I could not take 5 minutes sleep in that 4 days. On first day I requested to shift room but everytime was getting reply will stop work within half an hour, Finally I shouted on Dr. 3) I just asked one doubt regarding co payment to receptionist who was working on mediclaim process, but I got attitude expression on her face, she ignored me and her colleague cleared my doubt. This is not professional hospital , not for common man, if you have mediclaim then inhe bakra mil gaya. Mediclaim is lottery for them. I will give 1 star only because of nurse staff who cared me. Advice to hospital if you are charge more, provide the facilities accordingly, teach etiquette to receptionist.
