The worst service, they dont answer the calls, dont deliver the books on time. We need to beg before them to get the books.All these are happened due to the school managment is tied up with them to make profits. Should ban this type of unethical shops

Very poor service. They don't deserve even 1 Star. They don't answer calls nor they respond on watsapp. They force you to buy books by courier and make extra bucks. I have placed order more than 2 weeks ago and no one is ready to respond. Amazon and other online courier service is thousand times better than them. Needs improvement: 1. Store timings 2. Availability of books 3. Support staff knowhow and interaction 4. Slow customer service 5. Online shows 9.30 store pening time , however it's 10.20 a.m and I'm still standing outside. 6. No one to answer phone or accept responsibility!!! No respect for customers time. Sad state of affairs !!!!!!!!!
These people mention on the website and schools to contact them for any queries through whatsApp, They are irresponsible people who doesn't even reply to any messages. I have been following up for the past week via mail and whatsApp . They don't reply. Just because of the schools and the monoply we have to deal with such irresponsible people. If possible don't deal with them.
