I would like to give an extra star for the service. New Orchid lords inn always rocks. Location, view, rooms, food everything is great. But, most importantly level of service by all the staff members is of very high level. Specially Thank you so much Mr. Kiran for making my stay memorial.

The Doorman to the Housekeeping, in-house dining were commendable and served us with a smile. Everyone went the extra mile and adhered to all our needs. Special Thanks to all the Head Chefs Pawan rai, , and staff and front desk personnel namely Kiran Rai !! My mum and four sisters had the BEST time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Gangtok.
Food & drinks: Food was excellent both in-house and at the restaurant. Special attention was given to my sister who had an allergy in her mouth . Thanks Everyone for making our stay so comfortable.
