New Mountain Resort - Hotel in Kalimpong, Ladam Khasmahal - Kalimpong, India

If I had a option to give ZERO star then I would give it. Rooms were very Dirty, we stayed for 3 nights but not a single day the rooms were cleaned, Food was ok but the price is tooooooo much higher than any other homestays in rishyap, There is no room service at all, more over you have to do the room service for your own. Anirban Dutta (Manager), I will never forget his name in my entire life probably and also his fake promises. He is so professional that you would not understand that he is making you fool...

There were 3-4 mountain spiders in the room. The rooms are not cleaned at all and under the beds, things are kept for storage purpose(such as TV box, paint buckets etc). The manager is also very uncooperative, he will try to fool you for making his profit. The payment will be taken in advance and no return in case of any mishap will be entertained from the manager. We had a very bad experience, had to leave after the 1st night due to the bad service of the manager. Not recommended at all.

There were poisonous mountain spiders in the room and on reporting to the manager he said "So what should I do" .Rooms are unsafe to stay as the Manager won't take any responsibility for your health and no first aid will be provided.Payment is taken 100% in advance. Most of the guests leave before completing their stay . The Manager will misguide you in every was possible for his profit.I booked for 2 days and had to leave after first night only. Do not book in this place , terrible.

Rooms are ok ... Though found damps in the walls. Actually they are busy with themselves. Not proper room service. You have to ask for almost everything of ur need. Spiders found in the room. After telling many times about T.V service they are not interested. Rate is very high. No clear view of what service they are going to provide you. I suggest to go for local peoples homestays(not hotels) .. You will get fooding lodging in very less price. {Overall achha nahi laga to agaya 1 din pehle hi.}

Rooms are really good clean and tidy, Location very nice. Service was excellent. Specially owners are very cooperative. Food is ok but you will get organic food over there. I feel best place to stay at Rishop.

Nice homestay with all amenities available except geysers in the washrooms.but they provide hot water if someone wants. Food is also too good. I would recommend this resort cum home stay for medium budget.

So that was the worst experience of my life.. There was no hospitality and humanity . Although the rooms were decent but there was no room service facility at all.. Food cost and room charge were too much than any other resort in rishop. Worst. Horrible experience.i would never suggest this resort to anyone.

Horrible time expend there. I have booked for 3 nights but we have to leave after 2nd night. Geyser not available. Water supply is also very poor. Foods are not hygienic. Cost is too high. Owner Anirban Dutta just misguided us in every step. Beware of him....
