Whilst it's not the worst restaurant in existence, it is certainly the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at in 20 years of coming to Varanasi. The floor wasn't as dirty as the very wobbly tables, and the tables weren't as dirty as the menus; but considering the menus were at least 2 millimetres thick in grime that doesn't say a lot for the general standard of hygiene in the dining room. The single design feature was a 1.5 metre Long fish tank with a rather sad goldfish in it. While the 2 metre long fish tank on the floor behind my chair hinted at former grandeur. The menu was the standard multi-cuisine fare and the prices seemed ok. We asked for a mutton dish and after a brief trip to the kitchen the manager(?) informed us that he had no mutton today. He could give us veg, chicken or fish. I settled for fried chicken and finger chips and my friend asked for chicken korma and rice. We also ordered a spring roll. We then waited and waited and waited and waited. After 45 minutes of silence and eye avoidance from staff I asked where our meal was and was given the answer 'soon'. 5 minutes later my chicken and a plate of soft warm(ish) finger chips with lots of pepper appeared and nothing else. Another 5 minutes passed and the korma and spring roll were put down. Still no rice however. I asked for it and the manager said 'yes'. Another couple of minutes and the rice arrived. It was even hot. The fried chicken was lovely and the chips were passable. The spring roll was quite clearly seasoned liberally with MSG and salt with no other discernible flavour. The korma was odd and tasted strongly of cumin and something that tasted like coriander but that taste was so mild I couldn't place it and gave up trying. About halfway through eating the manager came over and asked if everything was ok. My companion and I both said the food was ok, but the almost 1hr delay to get all of our food was not good. The manager then said 'There was a problem.' He didn't explain the nature of the problem, but as he was about to leave I explained that he should have told us when the problem occurred not a significant period of time after. He seemed not too concerned with this feedback and walked away. We finished most of our meal and prepared to leave. After I asked for the bill a third time, it arrived written on the back of the bill with which I was presented. This meant the manager had to turn it over after I read it to show me our bill. It came to 695 and I have him two 500 notes. He brought the change back and I gave my friend 200, and put the rest in my pocket as I stood up. The manager then said 'No tip?' to which I replied 'No tip.' He seemed genuinely surprised that the experience wasn't worthy of more money than the price of the food we ate. I would only eat here again if they were giving the food away served on 50 rupee notes, and even then, I'd wash the notes before putting them in my wallet. If you dine here, don't say you weren't warned.
Nice place to fill up yourself. Servicing is good, food is to good. If they pay attention a little bit towards their sanitation it will be gud for them. Overall it was fine.
Just a so so resturant. Not so good. Just famous for its Aaloo ttikkii.. U can eat ttikkii outside of the resturant or stairs of the resturant. The restaurant smells horrible & is very very dirty. Service is too damn slow. They need at least 30minutes for any dish. The staff are extremely rude & discourteous. AVOID.
If you're trying to order from here via zomato or swiggy.. DON'T... They take forever to prepare your order like more then 1:30 hour atleast...of you're patient enough then okay .....
Tikki chaat is just awsm. Now its my fav bt dbplace is quit congested nd its resturent could be much better.
Wrost food.Butter chicken gravy was bad I think the gravy was cooked 2 days before some bad smell was coming from gravy. One should look for some other restaurant.
Good place for having Chaat ND food but their interior need to bi little clean nd beautiful otherwise its good .

Annapurna restaurant is a vegetarian haunt with a huge menu...not everything is available though. Good variety of Indian, Chinese and Western (Italian) food. Prices were average really and they did do separate bills upon request. Large seating areas
The dosa he makes beats the best dosa that's made in the South. A humble, less talked about place Deva Dosa. Ultimate for South Indians who start missing their food.
Very high quality and tasty food . But service is very late and not efficient. Chefs are doing there best. Please eat Balaji special curry with butter rotties. Rest all is good. Go during afternoons and before 8:30p.m to avoid rush
