New Modern Hotel - Restaurant in Kottayam - Kottayam, India

Accidentally went into the hotel & got 4 porota & 2 chicken curry. The prices was 15/porota & 140/ chicken curry. The chicken was very much under cooked and the gravy was just some spices mixed into hot water. I have never had such a bad experience with such a high cost.

VERRY BAD EXPERIENCE..!! I went to this hotel to have lunch. Ordered Chicken biryani, very little amount of rice and undercooked chicken..! They billed it for Rs 160. Biryani bought from the road side for 80 rupees will be better than this..!!

We had a really bad experience there. The waiter was really rude. The food was not good either. When we approached their cashier and tried talking about our experience but she was also very ignorant. The waiter behaved like we were eating for free. So please don't go there and waste your money.

Worst hotel!! Have to wait one hour to get attention from waiter.. understaffed, then when you try to order nothing from menu available. Rude service

Bad food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels. service was also not good. I am giving the place a 1 star because I couldn't give it a zero star.
