Great food at new metro hotel, Good seating. The place offers huge variety of food . Each item served is very beautifully or uniquely presented on the table and the quantity too looks good for the price. All the starters I tried were yummy .. Nice place

Yesterday was a festive occasion in my family as my grandparents had just arrived to visit us. On this day, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant that was opened few days ago next to my house. It was called ' New metro hotel'. It's name attracted our family a lot. So we ended up going to that restaurant. Inside there were very few customers. But the restaurant was beautifully decorated with glimmers all over. We ordered Butter Paneer with few chapattis. This restaurant gave me a royal feeling and hence I thought the food would be royal as well. But when I ate the food, I couldn't stop myself from coughing. It was so bad!!! The chapattis were hard and burnt. Instead they were crispy. There was too much color in the Paneer and the paneer would break into pieces if touched lightly. Also there was too much butter in it and I felt like vomiting. The salad didn't seem fresh at all and I was even doubting the water they gave us. And the day got over by my father shouting on the poor waiter. I was really bragging about this restaurant to my friends, but now I can strongly disagree. This restaurant really doesn't have anything special in it. It really has bad ratings. So please try to avoid this restaurant. I hope the owner realizes his mistake and shuts this restaurant down

Located on the Bangalore road, this is an average hotel offering halal mutton and chicken cuisines. The dining area is located in the lower ground floor along with the main kitchen. This hotel offers an average hygiene standard, but plenty of dishes to choose from. Throughout the day they offer briyani and usual non veg dishes, but in the evenings they have grilled chicken, shawarma, kebab, sheekh, barbecue chicken and fried rice. I've tried most of their dishes and found them satisfying for Malur standards.

Worst restaurant. Always stale food is served. All dishes are tasteless.

A Message to metro hotel and something every consumer must look on to: when I ordered shawarma in online food delivery app nammuru ,shawarma was packed a hour ago for someone else and maybe later cancelled that's y shawarma was something smelling weird and tasted like chicken was not fresh.its not first time that iam having a shawarma and plzz avoid such foolish mistakes you think customers are fool they won't understand anything after food is delivered but doesn't take 5 mins to raise a complaint in food safety department and consumers court..otherwise as of I know this is one of the tastiest restaurant in malur town but this isn't something that I expected
