New Mandala(Golden Spa Resort) - Resort hotel in Darjeeling - Darjeeling, India

This is succha worst hotel with very bad attitude of receptionist atleast being from a front office one should be very polite and helpful and the service was very poor tho i went wrh my colleagues for two days and it was a business trip my God they don't have water in flush even after complaining lot of times still nothing and have to change the room at night 10 pm and the next room they gave that was too dirty i ask them atleast for dusting they come with the excuses uffff and sooo unhygienic very dirty with poor hospitality management also they also some people for private party which is very disturbing Succha a Unprofessional Management Hotel with staff , receptionist Girls' attitude is like the Hotel Owner who doesn't care about the guests I m feeling very bad that i took my colleagues to this place as they are not from Darjeeling sooo disappointed

Travelled with friends, booked 6 room, all rooms are very congested, if you walk the bathroom to the room window just mind your step inside the room. Stinking all the room, room bell is not working, bathroom mat was not there. The room tray was also not clean, duat everywhere. Hotel staff was good. Hotel near the market so can walk to market easily.

Very Good Hotel with very reasonable price. Hotel's staff are also highly professional, friendly and well mannered though most Hotels in Darjeeling has a bad reputation for service. But this hotel is different from others . I found not a single issue against them. By the way me and my family is very highly sensitive regarding service. I stayed there 6 nights along with my family and my experience was very good . It will be my first preference for Staying in Darjeeling whenever I visit . I hope they will keep up this standard in future..

We got a room at 8th Floor for 6 peoples where lift upto only 6th floor,Both the rooms not maintain properly very dirty, before taking the room booking please ensure the rooms availablity between 6th to 1st floor. Food Quality was Good

The experience of staying in this hotel was really good. Located very near to the clock tower and Ramada hotel on gandhi road, this hotel is not far from the famous Mall Road of Darjeeling. The hotel overall is very neat and clean, well decorated and designed with beautiful interiors so as the rooms. The rooms were very good, clean, equipped with every kind of basic amenities. They even provided tea, coffee, sugar, powder milk as complimentary along with Electric kettle. Geyser was provided in the bathroom. Room heaters are also available on chargeable basis if needed by any guest. Overall a very good experience.

The rooms were clean, spacious and well furnished. The washroom was clean, hygienic and well equipped with geyser and other toiletries. Room service was satisfactory. The staff members were well behaved, helpful and friendly. Special mention to Saugath for catering to our needs and always being at our disposal whenever we needed assistance. It has a restaurant above, which served good food and the tea was excellent. The rooftop restaurant has a pretty excellent view from where Mt. Kanchenjunga can be seen on a clear morning. My overall experience was quite good and satisfactory.

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The geyser worked fine and the bathroom was clean, hygienic and well stocked with toiletries. The staff was very friendly and helpful and catered well to all our requests and orders. Staff members named Saugath and Selim were always at our disposal. A restaurant is present upstairs and the food served to us in terms of quality and quantity were good. Overall, it was a comfortable experience here.

Room was very good except there is no ventilation. A big booklet menu they provide but only one or two veg items are available. Although room service was good. Locality is such that car can not come to your hotel location. you need to come outside around 200m of steep slope.
