New Maharaja Hotel - Hotel in Moradabad - Moradabad, India

They did not have change of 30/- rs at reception,this shows how careless they are ,and they claim to give 24 hr service but in real its not the same, heater and geyser not working though they charge extra money for heater. Overall room is decent but please check everything before paying . Also ask for GST because they charge extra 18% on actual room charge which can be hidden. I have stayed for 2 nights recently.

Only advantage was that it was nearer to railway station. The room provided was on the 3rd floor. There was no lift in the hotel. Room had bad odor all around. Old furniture, old bed, old wardrobe, Nothing new except Hotel's New Maharaja Name. The room provided didn't match any of the photos shown on goibibo. Then, the WiFi of the Hotel doesn't work. The staff is careless about visitors. The hotel doesn't provide geysers or hot water. Claimed prices for those items which were even taken. So, I feel cheated and thus I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.Accommodation GST invoice was not provided by Hotel. They told it will be provided by GoIbibo. Since I was on an official tour, it is mandatory bit didn't get it. Further, no feedback form or complaint register was provided, even after numerous repeated requests.

One of the best hotels of moradabad, have been staying here on every frequent visit to the city, a decent hotel with well maintained, clean & hygienic rooms , and well behaved staffs with proper training in hospitality.

If you don't want gst go to this hotel. You will get double bedroom for 4 person at extra beds with no charge. Very affordable price for 4 person. Bathroom is clean. Room is very good. Staff is also serviceable.

One of its kind of hotel , They only provide yellow dal, Shahi Paneer only. Staff was so rude. They provide Monkey safari from the comfort of your room which will leave you restless for nights.

Clean and well furnished room. Staff is also cooperative. Ambience of the room is very good. Bathrooms are very neat. Prices are little high. But you can manage with it. They have their own parking area. Its distance is not very far from Moradabad Junction.

Staff is assertive and very cooperative. The best thing i liked is the staff dealing. Room is average, time taken to move from generator in case of power cut is too long. Good parking space, the hotel is in busy place near to railways station.

Wow,what a good experience like always , i am staying here from last 6 plus yrs and always feel relaxed and calm, a good family hotel and nice staff thabka s to rajiv they got a good parking also, staff is helpful,rates are good and best is family atmosphere. On main road so plenty of places to walk , nearby market and railway/bus stand makes it choice of stay.
