Order veg biryani and had a piece of chicken in it. Not acceptable at all. Poor service and food quality was also not good.
Chef has been changed, not same at all. # Veg Noodles :- rotten Vegetables and taste isn't good # Veg Fried Rice :- Uncooked rice and rotten Vegetables # Triple schezwan Fried Rice :- Gravy was taste less and chicken was Uncooked. Rice had too much food colouring. No hygiene maintained while preparing the food. This is observed when personally saw the kitchen. Food has no taste. When ordering anything in chicken its added only for name sake no proper quantity.
It was a pathetic experience....had ordered from Zomato....restaurant accepted the order & they were preparing the order for 35 minutes & suddenly i got the msg that Refund has been processed , when tried to contact the restaurant the number was switched off , when contacted Zomato they said the Restaurant had cancelled the order as the capacity was full ao my question was what they were preparing for 35 minutes..,Zomato person himself said that this is one of th 3rd class restaurant & they have received many complaints the restaurant & they will block the restaurant in the future...Really a pathetic experience...
Early morning around 3am, I bought a full Chicken Fried Rice for Rs120. Rice was not at all fried. Quantity was less than Half Chicken Fried Rice. Please avoid this place.
The kitchen is very dirty. They prepare food with tanker water. The place is not hygiene. The cook and helpers chew tobacco and gutka and prepare food in non hygienist condition.
