The behaviour of the people in the pharmacy is worst. They treat us as an uneducated people and say that we are uncapable of seeing the time. We are travelling from far away places to get treated from the doctor and what behaviour we are getting? It's really very bad.. But I should mention that the doctor is very polite. He is good in nature.. But the service which we got from the pharmacy members are unexpected. They even don't deserve a single star.

Everyone is so helpful. People there go over and above to help with our prescription problems. The panel of doctors are awesome, the selections and the treatment provided by them exceeded my expectations. Even this is the only Pharmacy to offer best rates over the medications.

Worst experience ...never faced such type of fraud pharmacy .. arrogant behaviour of owner with misleading information..took 100 Rs as registration charge of doctor when they couldn't sell their medicines at overpriced rates.. would never recommend anyone to come to this pharmacy..even the doctors also should avoid such money looters thinking about the patients ..

The most important factor for NEW LIFE DRUG House is the team led by Mr.Soujata Chakraborty. The team is very professional and have the best doctor panel in entire town. The process of listing of names by paying Rs 100 is smooth and also gives hefty discount on medicines after doctor checkup. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. My experience with the this pharmacy is the worst. Some money is collected to confirm the appointment. But after check up the refund is denied. The representatives are very rude. Have to take some medicine to get the refund calculated. If Rs.100 is deposited and after check up you think you are not in a position to buy the medicines then also you will nit get the refund. Also, if your prescribed medicine is not available with the pharmacy then also don't think about the refund, you will be provided a date when you have to visit again to get that medicine no matter how long you have to travell to get that advance utilised. but you can not question that, otherwise you will be told that go to kolkata, they will not allow you in their pharmacy. People goes to pharmacy for their needs but someone is tring to make business and take advantage from it.

The behavior of the all the staffs and also the owner is excellent . Each and every kind of medicines are available. And they are very genuine about their business. Most efficient doctors are available here.
