Really good experience. Newlife children's hospital is really doing miracls. Doctors, Nusrsing staff , account team is very kind and supportive they gives reply of each and every questions.

Worst attitude of the staff! No proper time management, every time one needs to wait for more than 3-4 hours just for routine check ups or only vaccination although major consultation from Dr. Is not required! Reception staff tries every possible means to avoid booking for any appointment, they don't care about the gender or age of the person speaking with them, don't care about the patient's age, illness or any other nature or urgency; and not suitable for a pediatric hospital with neonatal care units. Maintaining individuals respect is the key to business excellence! It is always said "Treat the customer as if you are that customer", I believe the Hospital doesn't have any basic business sense. Advice to the hospital management - They need to hire some good professional managers for managing the staff and PR as good work of Dr. Dangar is being subdued by the behavior of staff and particularly receptionist
