Lack of cleanliness. Toilet must be tidy. Walls and taps of the bathroom are not clean.
The room was quite spacious for the amount we paid, with air conditioning. The cleaning could use some work though. The bedsheets they gave us smelled weird and the bathrooms could use some cleaning.

Bad receptionist. Room rent telling 1200 double bedroom. But receptionist rude behaviour. Collecting checkout time 1700 rupees. Hot water not coming. Bad. And worst hotel in egmore. Iam suggesting dont take this hotel. Very bad smell coming into the room.
Not a good hotel. People at the reception are discourteous, arrogant and untrained. Facilities not worthy of the room tariff. Better MakeMyTrip and ChennaiStays and others associated with this hotel warn management of this hotel. Rooms are congested. No intercom to call room service. No Wi-Fi. No hangers. No covers on pillows. Only one towel for double accommodation that too after a day of occupation. TV doesn't work. Loose power plugs. Broken toilet seat. Broken hand wash basin. No proper light, no soap stand, no stool. Wash room walls are dirty. Because of its location near Egmore Rly Station, it is being opted by people, otherwise, not a suggestible stay.
Actually I booked room through yatra, i paid, received confirmed status too. When I reached there for check in, they told no room. I called yatra, no response from them, and lodge people also very arrogant, they told they are very unhappy with online bookings. Till now the refund is not given by yatra, they told they are investigating. What the hell they investigate, i could not check in, i lost my accomodation. So if any book online, make pay at property, also check with hotel, whether booking is valid. Yatra and the lodge both are cheating the customer
I am from Singapore and I was stayed here nearly fourteen days like hell. They don't want to come and clean the bathroom and the room even after requested many times. The worst part is they simply ordered to vacate the room one worst morning like gangsters.. Reasoned that they got the group booking from BANK STAFFS meeting. Better forget this place, who need minimum clean and minimum responsible......don't know why the Trip advisor supported to this hotel wrongly .and don't want to update the bad reviews.
I would rate negative if it is available. Worst hotel. I stayed for short duration and I couldn't tolerate that. Water is pathetic and sink is broken. TV shelf were broken and lights were not working. Please book somewhere else. This place is not worth it.
