My friend booked this year Chardham Yatra, and paid 50% as advance before the commencement of Yatra, however, after taking the Yatra Mr.Ravit Malik who took payment stopped receiving call and messages. My father had to proceed with Yatra with his own. This is a fraud tour company. Do not get cheated. Mr. Ravit told us to refund the money but after many months he still not refunded.
I have booked Chardham Yatra through this operator Mr. Ravit Malik, he did not disclose that he is a agent and took my money and never paid to another tour manager. Totally fraud. I had sent him legal notice and now proceeded with legal action.
The experience of booking travel package on Travel Triangle was smooth. However, I was not able to reach out to anyone on Travel Triangle as a mediator between the travel agent and the customer. Also, I expect the Travel Triangle platform to provide more granularity in the package cost in terms of Hotel Charges and Cab/Local Sightseeing charges separately
