Awful experience very dirty rooms and bathrooms. They don't know how to treat a guest. Attitude towards guests is very nasty !

I checked-in in this Hotel on 20th July and checked out on 25th July. My entire stay was impressive and had marvelous time at this Hotel with such great staff and with outstanding hospitality. At the time of check in, reception staff was very courteous and gracious. I was concisely explained about what my entire package. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. The restaurant in the hotel had delightful food and ambiance. I personally met chef and thanked him. As a whole my entire stay was cherish- able and would definitely like to visit the Hotel very soon again.

The hotel & staff is good but the room was not clean at the time of check in. The floor was dusty, toilets was ok but the entrance door of toliets are shorter in height. I went there with my partner but hotel provided a single bed blanket for both of us.The food was not good and rates were very high as per the taste. There was lots of disturbance in night. The window was very close to stairs so that anyone can see inside the rooms from outsides but the bed was comfortable. So I suggest to take this hotel only in emergency & only when you are single. If you are in couple then don't take this hotel.

We booked 3 AC rooms and they were Really not worth the price, not recommended for family or couple at all. Rooms were dirty, the entrance was not good and the washroom were also not good. Blankets should be replaced. Approach is very conjusted. We had problem booking cab as the street is very narrow. Rooms - 1star Cleanliness - 0star Staff - 2star Overall- not recommended for family or couple. It is very basic guesthouse .

I visited Jaipur first time n liked the stay. We stayed in well designed & equipped room. .Our group had enjoyed the dinner and breakfast spread in restaurant. All the staff were very courteous & friendly & ensured that all our requests were met.

The hotel staff should be commended on their service. They are very attentive, friendly, and the speed of my demands was met with a quick resolution and enthusiasm. The Guest Relations manager was extremely professional and courteous.The rooms were in fantastic shape and the location is perfect yet quiet.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Great Hospitality and reception, Guest Relations( GRE).He was very friendly and explain about rest, Happy Hour and facilities. Very spacious rooms at Exe. floor. and excellent location. Why i liked it most the hotel was very closed to my business sector.Lot of choices in the Breakfast and we really enjoyed the food. Keep up the good work.

I am so sorry but this guest house terrible. The facilities of the room especially the toilet are bad. The shower out of function. Have to improve for the cleanliness, the hospitality, and more services. So many things to improve but thanks for the journey that i have had with you.
