The staffs were good but we had a waiting time of 2 hours because of some waiting

Typical GOI Office. They get paid if they work or not work, then why do they bother? Hv very bad experience with the Divisional Manager just for an inspection certificate n an email to their own subordinates in other branch.

Pathetic service. Good for nothing staffs and their so called sir- the manager. These old people are really slowing everything down in this country. For a simple service such as transfer of ownership, we need to visit and convince them for atleast three days. Really don't recommend taking their insurance policies atleast until these kind of old people die and the current generation take over. I haven't seen this bad service elsewhere. Thanks

Excellent service by the employees of New India Insurance. Very supportive. The beach road branch is just opposite building of Dhanya Supermarket and its on the second floor of Khais building and right above Union Bank, Beach Road branch

The staff is friendly. The office is on the third floor. The stair case is to the right end of the building. You have to have very keen eyes to notice the entrance.

Service is delaying.They are lazy people and not giving attention to its customers as well. overall service is worst.

Received good attention and speedy action from the officers. Even though it's a busy office, staff's behavior ls appreciable.
