Mr. Paul, the insurance advisor was very friendly and helpful in explaining my queries even though I was not his customer or went to buy any of his products. I appreciate his open mindedness to give his time to explain the insurance claim queries without expecting anything.

Slow process but okey I'm happy

The experience I had was very bad with three weeks delay in entering the data in the paper kept on table to the desktop on the same table for an insurance claim. I confirmed the submission of paper on the respective table and did follow up every two or three days interval. I felt the office works are done in a very much lazy manner.
