Visited this office to renew my sons two wheeler insurance, which was beyond validity date. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They clearly told me the process and documents required. Renewal was done in quick time, once I produced the relevant documents. A very good experience

Such an irresponsible government insurance office.. Doesn't have any common sense to waste others time by telling come by tomorrow or afternoon.. It's a zonal office I guess and doesn't have electricty back up too for policy renewal. Not sure why these people are sitting here and getting salary. Complete nonsense.. Privatization should happen to make these guys work efficiently... Worst experience..
