Ordered for one coffee and snacks The person who was taking cash on the counter had no manners. Apart from Hindi, he could not understand any language and acted as if he were the owner. To the management of swathii please take care you got crowd on because it's the place you are located. Now coming to tea horrible bitter in taste. The coffee at the other branch was very good but here very bad. Overall very disappointed. Will recommend this location? Never.....
Most recommended place to visit for morning breakfast where you would find no rush in ordering. The ambience is pretty good and well managed and it's the same like it was from the last 7 years. We ordered masala dosa and it tastes awesome and the chutney was quite good and sambhar too.
We went here for breakfast. Copy cat of original Swathi, we went here thinking this is the one. Food is nice but not upto the level of Original Swathi which is just 50/70m right side from this. Lodging is available here but I did not used it so will not review that part. It is very near to Secunderabad station so that is a plus point.
I wish I could rate 0. The worst place ever . The food served is cold in-spite of exorbitant rates charged. The staff don't even listen to what you say. Definitely not value for money. You have to request multiple times before you get what you need. We ordered 1) Idly - 1 2) Sambar Wada - 2 3) Poori - 3 4) Masala Dosa - 3 5) Coffee -3 6) Tea-1 7) Wada - 2 Dont waste your time and money visiting this place.
Decent food around secunderabad railway station. I won't say the food is too good ..they serve hot and they are maintaining quality

This Hotel is Right in front of the secundrabad railway station, You have a hotel and lodge here, and in the hotel you have service on the first floor and self service (QSR) in the ground floor, it's pure vegetarian, the breakfast here is really good and one of the best breakfast places in that area, Lunch and Dinner also available, north, south and Chinese cuisine available, Crowded in peak hours.
The food is excellent, I am a Marathi guy and though I have eaten Masala Dosa hundreds of times before in my life, never have had such tasty Dosa before, one must try it. Staff and Bill Counter operator is arrogant though, saw them fighting with customers, even for small reasons like giving red chutneys instead of green chutneys or giving wrong orders. These guys should understand that they are in the hospitality service, and should rectify their behaviours.
