This hotel is a very quick and efficient option for you if you are traveling to Hyderabad for a few days. The service has been unmatched, I think everyone has been extremely courteous, very friendly and extremely helpful to us, as well as hospitable. They do have breakfast available and they were kind enough to offer us tea on the last day. We were staying with them. They spend time with you and speak with you and definitely try to do the best to help you in anyway they can, even the owner and general manager The rooms are clean. They look relatively new, and if you would like a room service, you have to leave your key downstairs so that they service the room for you. Everything worked in the room, and there was plenty of hot water every time we showered. It is a little difficult to get to the hotel by car, because the road is a little bit narrow. You would have to step out of your car on the main road and walk in. The address and location on Google maps is correct. It is just behind the main road with lots of shopping and easy accessibility to Rickshaw's and Taxi's.
Showed up with a last minute booking and they were very hospitable. Gave us lots of local food recommendations that suited our foreign stomachs, even let us leave our bags after we checked out because our train was later in the evening. Can't recommend this place enough!
I hade booked 1 room for 4 Night but due to some circumstances canceled my booking. As a good professional hotel management had refunded all paid amount. Highly appreciated
Not a 3 star hotel and not worth the overall review rating of 4.5. Hotel does not have restaurant and does not provide breakfast as mentioned in description in google. It is difficult to find good restaurant serving breakfast nearby also. Metro stations are available within 1Km. Location is not that great. The entrance of hotel situated in a very narrow street which has electric and cooler shops and the street is very busy also. It is not safe to walk also. Google maps shows correct location but it is difficult to reach the hotel in a car due to narrow street which is heavily congested. Rooms and bathroom were reasonably clean but the cupboards were dirty and curtains had dust. Service also not that great as they didn't come to cleaning rooms during my 3 day stay. Also there was sewage water leakage in the street at front which made walking even more difficult. There was some smoking smell coming in the bathroom always. Can choose this if you are in for a single day trip but not that great if you are coming for a vacation with family.
"Accompanied by cockroaches" The size of the room was decent, the balcony is just there for namesake. The room was filled with cockroaches. Air conditioner was not up to the mark. Also there was no mini refrigerator is the room. The location is not on the main road and it gets hectic to get a rickshaw. You'll have to walk 200 metres or more to get one. If you're willing to visit Charminar then the fare for one-way trip will cost you around 100-120 bucks. The only good thing about the hotel is their staff. They're hard working and friendly. The management should make hygiene their priority and should provide basic needs such as a mini fridge in the room.
Rooms were clean and good hospitality were provided by hotel staff. I recommend this hotel for accommodation if you are looking in an around bank bazar , Hyderabad.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT..!!! Worst experience with this hotel. Its located in one of the most unhygienic area where the sewage water flowing all around when you step down from hotel. Coming to Hotel amenities no hot water, plug points were not working, flush also not working. Staffs were harsh when we complained about it and they were in an attitude like yes its not working, if you want then stay or Go. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AND GET CHEATED, I don't know from which angle this looks as 3 star hotel. Its overpriced, with the amenities they had not more than 1200 worth for this hotel. Also the reviews out here are all paid ones i guess where hotel management only put. I am surprised to see 5 ratings here.
