Big rooms. But you start seeing cockroaches once you move in. Cockroaches everywhere - bed, wardrobe, bathroom. Changed room at 11pm night. Fan regulator not working, geyser not working. For everything, staff and owner says it's our rule. Changed hotel next day first thing. Pathetic experience. Don't book.

Worst property with arrogant staff . Waste of money. U will get great welcome by cockroaches & will get good morning by big lizard ....this is my experience. I was recently checked in there with my family & child . Literally don't go there , better than this stay on footpath .

I have booked soo many hotels even at high prices. finally i have found this as the best hotel In hyderabad. Very friendly stuff Very big and awesome rooms at very reasonable price. Best room service Clean environment And the only reason which makes me to give 5star is their respect for families , they will never give u a room in same floor with bachelors. Overall everything was fabulous And i guaranty u cant find better than this hotel

I had booked another Oyo hotel in Hyderabad, but due to some payment issue that hotel had cancelled all Oyo bookings. Upon calling the Oyo, they transferred my booking to this hotel. While transferring my booking they stressed that because of the transfer, there is an increase in the booking amount and Oyo is giving it as complementary. I took this hotel because I didn't want to hunt for hotels in the last minute. After checking in I see that this is a cheaper place. It's pretty low on cleanliness. The television in the room is not working. From the morning they are saying that the set-top-box is gone for recharging, and as of 7pm, it hasn't come yet. The hotel receptionist also has not been very kind in responding to requests. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.

Hotel's location was good. The room was also good. But the cleanliness of bathrooms should be improved. Also there were 3 small cockroaches in the room. Service, Towels, soap etc will be provided on request only

I booked four rooms recently from #OYO in this property. 1) I called in advance for early check in because of my family members include kids and ladies. I agreed to pay whatever their extra charges but they told agar room hoga to denge. its their duty to manage rooms for early check in. 2) No rooms given as in #OYO pictures. 3) Staff service is worst service I have ever experienced in my life. you need to call them 5 times for 1 requirement. when I was entered in my room it was smell of full of smoking so I called them to spread room spray in room, they say ok. I called thrice in between 1 hour but they say okay. after we went for sight seeing and came back in night. I request again then staff said "sir hamare pass spray nahi hai'... they dont have room spray for, surprised , its just worth max 200-300INR. 4) As usual Hot - Water problem, whenever we asked it for hot water , they say " ayega thoda wait karo" but no response as we lying them. for more towels, sir abhi stock main nahi hai. they didn't cleared laundry. 5) Rooms were little messy and dirty, for TV channels they didnt paid their connection recharges, sir recharge khatam ho gaya hai." 6) Staff is literally excellent in their mind set that what they want to do and how they want to give answer to all problems. one guy was cotnuesly busy in his PUBG game, I called him for channel setting he came with his game on wait to finish it in our room and then he worked sir itna hi hoga, and again started to play game on stairs where camera is not installed. I have video of his behaviour but dont want to share because of his career. I dont want to spoil it. 7) Complimentary breakfast : they ordered from somewhere else and gives parcel from 3 items only. when we asked for bowl for sambhar, they gives or not its depend on their mood. 8) for water bottle also , I dont know why their staff is not gives water bottle service. they just simplay answered " agar seal wala chiye to apko lana padega, hum to saada hi denge" They have good young staff, main road hotel with nice location property. they can increase their value by train staff with proper manners answers first. everything thing is near by their hotel but whatever guest asks they refused normally. i never recommended this property until they do some good changes.

Worst maintenance, they changed nearly 3rooms, coz of A/C problem and geaser issues & TV not working, that too there is not 4wheeler parking to this hotel, they don't provide plates towel soaps etc... Rooms are really dirty in bathroom flush was not working. At the end of the day they charged full payment with all these congested irresponsible service. Please don't visit and stay here, you have a lot options to stay nearby this hotel.
