New Hotel Jannat - Hotel in Ajmer - Ajmer, India

Stayed for 2 nights. It's an awful hotel .never visit ever. I will never go again. Manager is lazy, rude and not bothered about anything.service is pathetic. They change bedsheets @9pm that too after being after them and shouting at them .no hot water in basin, dirty washrooms. Someone knocks at the door in the middle of the night and tries to open the door handle.on complaining the manager is not affected at all.worst hotel and high price.Never ,never visit

Very dirty and unprofessional rooms available here, after going to room within one hour sewage water came into tap, we felt vomiting the manager bis roude. He didn't get give our money also back, don't got to this hotel if they are giving rooms for free also. Not worth, fully dirt with cockroach,

Very bad experience rooms were very small and it was also stinking moreover the beds were not clean, no toiletries item provided the Manager were very rude.

Negative: 1. Very small rooms 2. Very noisey 3. Poor food quality 4. Dirty blanket 5. Non working AC. Positive: 1. Very near to dargah 2. Warm water 3. Fast service 4. Budget friendly stay.

Value for money.. Hotel staff is decent and well mannered.. Dargah sharif is only few steps away.. safe for female travellers and family

We visit to jannat restaurant to eat some food then we finished our in bill amount they only cash payment we don't have cash we are requesting take online payment they saying 5%gst on bill we said that we will pay 5%gst total amount in bill not added GST how can I should pay without in bill 5% GSTadded fault one person sitting in the reception site pink colour t-shirt he scolding wragular language please don't visit this hotel aur restaurant prices are so High not having how to speak with customers fault peoples

Bad Deal Visited vd family for 3 days. Pros : good location Cons : Stains in room. Wi Fi mentioned free as per hotel website but act. charge able vd 20 rs.coupon for 500mb. Room cleaned only once in 3 days. Service is worst. If requested for anyding they vl give excuse of unavailability of attendants. U vl get lots of options nearer to dargah in this range. Overall not worth as per hotel rate.
