The manager demanding extra amount to give the room even though we booked through Goibibo, especially that Manager he didn't have minimum ethics infornt of customers. a Brothal Lodge manger is better than this hotel Manager. Hotel rooms are Good. But Service is very very Poor
Rooms were clean, Staff & Service was superb.....
The rooms are as shown in the pictures. Though the price is a bit high they have good room service and if you tell your purpose they can allow upto 4 people in one room. It's great here!
The stay was comfortable with the room very much to our liking. Every facility was good, eight from reception to the boys who helped us move th luggage. Service was also very prompt and the people did not expect anything. The only issue was that the hot water wasn't available due to some maintenance problem. however the hotel authorities promptly arranged for a heater rod. Overall a comfortable experience. The approach road to the hotel is the only issue with a working men's hostel opposite. Late arrival customers may find it a bit difficult to navigate. Very satisfying given the cleanliness and the ambience.
A very simple value for money inn. If anyone expects 5 star hotel facilities then this is not the place for them. But otherwise the rooms are very good and cozy. very reasonable price for the rooms. Though the hotel doesn't provide food service of its own but they will arrange it on request. Or else the location of the hotel is so good that food will be the last of your worries. The only problem someone might face is the parking space is limited.

Excellent Rooms Modernly designed, perfect for 2 adults, at night I was provided with extra bed by removing coffee table & chairs, service was very good, polite. No hotel provides welcome drink on Arrival, fruits, cookies, water bottle, even WiFi had good speed, also gave toothbrush, paste, shampoo, soap, all very good quality. I travel a lot, never seen such facilities in budget hotels. I suggest one must try this hotel & compare on their own.
Nice place to stay in central place of city at MG road. From shopping Mall to eatery everything is walkable distance. Hotel having parking place,Room service,Small attached washroom separated with Glass. Stayed during COVID-19 for a night and it was good. Price is affordable and its in prime location..Staffs are friendly and lift and lobby is there. Cleaned and well maintained. Everything is near to the hotel.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
