A Frustrating Experience at New Hope Hospital From the very beginning, it was evident that the hospital's primary concern was financial gain. Before addressing the concerns of my father's medical condition, the staff seemed more interested in inquiring about our insurance coverage and the sum insured. This initial focus on finances instead of patient care left a sour taste in our mouths, suggesting that their primary objective was to maximize their revenue. The staff's attitude was shockingly rude and unsympathetic. We encountered hospital insurance staff who seemed disinterested in helping us and lacked even a modicum of empathy. They provided minimal information and acted as though they were doing us a favor by allowing my father to receive medical care at their facility. This callous and dismissive behavior added an unnecessary layer of stress and frustration to an already difficult situation. Throughout my father's admission and treatment, it became increasingly clear that the hospital was more interested in profit than patient welfare. Every test, procedure, and medication appeared to be excessively costly, and it was difficult to ascertain the necessity of some of the services they recommended. It felt as though they were taking advantage of our vulnerability to extract as much money as possible from us. When the final bill arrived, it was an unwelcome shock. The charges were exorbitant and included numerous items and services that appeared excessive and unjustified. It was abundantly clear that the hospital had little regard for the financial well-being of its patients and was solely focused on its bottom line.

Recently i have undergone laproscopy surgery in this hospital and they treated me well before and after the surgery. Duty doctors and nurse are so responsible and caring especially housekeeping are constantly cleaning the room and rest room. I was under the insurance so I don't know about the cost, but my overall three days stay and experience is very good and my doctor Dr. Aro Shime Hercules is best.

My FIL had a surgery today, as we are going with insurance only, and we came to this hospital. But the lady who is sitting in the insurance department treated us very badly. If I asked questions,she mocked me with sarcasm. aprat from insurance team Nurse and other workers are good

From the moment I entered the hospital, it was evident that their primary concern was the financial aspect of healthcare. Before even asking about my condition or symptoms, they inquired about my insurance coverage and the sum insured. This, to me, seemed like a clear indicator that they were more interested in maximizing their bill rather than genuinely caring for patients. The staff's demeanor was shockingly rude and indifferent. I encountered unhelpful receptionists who seemed to lack any empathy for patients' concerns. They provided minimal information and acted as though they were doing me a favor by allowing me to receive care at their facility. This unfriendly and dismissive attitude made an already stressful situation even more challenging to handle. As I continued through my admission and treatment process, I couldn't shake the feeling that the hospital was constantly calculating how much money they could extract from me. Every test, medication, and service seemed to be inflated, and I couldn't help but question the necessity of some of the procedures they recommended. It was as if they were trying to exploit my vulnerability to make a profit. The final bill was nothing short of a shock. In a time when healthcare should be centered around patient well-being and compassionate care, New Hope Medical Centre stands out as a glaring example of a facility that is completely money-minded. I left the hospital feeling not only physically unwell but also emotionally drained by the lack of care and empathy shown by the staff. It's disheartening to see a healthcare institution that seems to have lost sight of its true purpose. I strongly advise others to think twice before seeking care at New Hope Medical Centre unless they are prepared to face exorbitant costs and a lack of genuine concern for their well-being. There are many other hospitals and healthcare providers out there who prioritize patient care over profits, and I hope you consider those options instead.

I had worst experience with this hospital. I won't give even one star bcoz everywhere they torturing us for money. From security onwards upto house keeping all of them except nurses torturing us for money. Ward boy stolen my money which was kept safely inside the cupboard. Management also supporting for that. Caring of patients is ok.

Take my advice. This hospital is really scam, right from medical bills, scans, Lab testing, Doctor fees, nurse fees, medical supervision fees all are hidden secret, you get to know these bills only at the discharge. I had asked for a break up on the 3rd day for the charges, but they did not provide to me. Most Importantly, the NURSES are very poor, meaning they are hired for a lower pay so their quality of approach and service too is lacking. Their behavior and sincerity is very lacking. The canteen is not neat and clean, so is the quality of food. The sweeper ladies and cleaners look for money ie., bride in all the intentions while they come inside our cabins. I purchased 2 days medicine in their pharmacy on the discharge last day, the bill was Rs.260,the rest of the medicines I purchased at MedPlus for 7 days, the same brand and medicine I got for Rs. 360 only. I was shocked how this could happened? But the hospital do not allow buying medicine from outside and we should buy only from them. Finally the Doctors are ok, they respond to our queries and atleast I got this for big price though. I would NOT recommend people to go this Money minded hospital, better find govt hospital on paid service or any other hospitals.

This is second surgery for my mom, really I want to thank The New Hope Team for the wonderful treatment they gave by God grace... especially I want to thank Dr.Thamby for his dedication, Also Nurses Team and Duty Doctors for their hard work and dedication day/night. And also thanks for Dr.sujay sir and Dr.prabu sir.... Thanks for pharmacy people..house keeping people are good and very clean and hygenic... All are very humble and dedicative... really I would recommend NEW HOPE HOSPITAL. Food has to improve.

I went to this hospital for my mother illness.at first i went to casualty the behaviour of sister is too rude.those nurses didnt look after us properly after a day we shifted to general ward.even the ward nurses are also didnt see us properly they are not well trained nurses.they talking in there standing place and always talking very loudly not even dont know how to be silence in the hospital.so those nurses incharge also very poor in qualification and incharge should take care of those things.so management should take well trained nurses and especially nurses incharge also.because they hiring poor educated nurses.after im coming to pharmacy peoples also very rude and waiting for long time for a medicine even in emergency suituation also.reception peoples not even responding. I advised please dont be rude this is hospital be kind. Coming to doctors.doctors are very good and kind hearted persons only for doctors im giving those stars they are really fantansic and specialized doctors.
