4/5. This place is known for its chiblu idlis. Thicker than thatte, yet soft. And they were soft, indeed! It comes with just kempunor red chutney. It lacked salt for me, but a good combination with the idlis. They also have other items like vadE and masal vadE. I tried the masal vadE. It was crisp on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. Very fresh. The taste of the lentils was great. A good place for breakfast with seating, if you're looking for a thindi spot in Mysuru.

One of the best idlis you get in Mysuru. More than idli chutney is special here. They offer 2 types of idlis: normal soft idli and also chibli idli. I have been visiting this hotel from last 12 years and still the taste is same but quality of chutney is not the same. Apart from idli they also offer regular breakfast, meals , tea and coffee. Felt like the idli which they had provided was kindoff home made only. Must try is the chibl idli which costs around Rs.26/-. They serve the food a bit late and has to be a little more clean. But, the restaurant dishes are pocket friendly.
Beautiful! I loved the food. Economical. Atleast 30 years old. For a place with table service and comfortable chairs, good food. It would be like asking too much out of this place. What more could you want. They make good idlis. Above standard idlis. Chutney is local I don't know if you would like it, but since I'm local, I'm okk with it. I ate a dosa which was basic. I mean it was good enough but the potato mash inside the dosa was crazy. I loved it. I guess they know how to use oil well.
