Pros: 1. The place provides cheap rooms near madiwala. 2. The rooms are moderately neat. Cons: 1. The behaviour of staff was not polite. 2. The washroom door was broken and couldn't be even closed. 3. The taps and pipes were leaky. 4. Pillow and sheets weren't provided for one bed. 5. The room wasn't cleaned daily. 6. The location shown on map is not correct which led to wastage of hours in figuring the place.

For the money they charge, I would say you get a good deal by staying here. Also, I had used the promotion code provided by Red Bus which further gave me a huge discount. It is neither an excellent nor a worse hotel. If you are looking to stay for just a day or two, then go for it. The bathroom had a leaky faucet but was manageable. As I said, it is surely worth staying for the money they charge.

I have booked this hotel through Redbus. It is the very worst hotel I have ever seen. I have booked an executive room for 3 person with breakfast. The hotel in charge said no breakfast facility in the hotel. He simply said, go to a restaurant to have breakfast. The money I paid for breakfast was ???? The room was not cleaned even we checked in. My strong recommend is; do not book this hotel even in our dream. Redbus App will have to give correct and actual facilities for the hotels they recommend.

Dont go here, bad place and the rooms are tiny as hell , various problems like electricity being out and no water thin walls , the sheets provided werent clean at all. Bad bathroom. All the area it is in is good , everything is available around. But the hotel sucks. Please dont go here. P.S the service is bad to.

The facilities were decent for this price range, the location was also good, and the staff was courteous and cooperative. If you're going alone, and just have to sleep at the hotel, this is great. *done*

it is cheap option . but I would recommend to check the room first before accepting the keys. For our room the jet was not working properly and water was leaking . so when we asked to change the room they refused . so it would be better if you check everything in the room first

Its an average hotel with average service. The room was clean. But the Tv was not working. The lift did not have lift facility. So not recommended for those who have problems in climbing stairs. Overall its good for staying for a night

Not really a good experience... 1) Before we checked in, we called the reception and asked them about early check-in, coz we'd be checking in at around 7am... They said in phone that 24-hr check-in is available... But when we got there, they were telling us that extra charge apply for early check-in... Then who the heck we spoke to in phone... 2) I personally booked this room from go-ibibo app coz it showed there that it has free WiFi... But seriously the people here are not willing to tell u the password of this place.. it shows u in the phn "golden Regency", but when I asked the staff, they were very rude(again very rude) and we're telling that there's no WiFi... Seriously ? I can see the router in my floor as well as the signal in my phn... Then what's that ? 3) these people here are Masters in changing their words, coz when we asked for extra time during checkout, they said they'll give 3 hrs extra for 350 Rs(while the price for whole day is around 500 Rs), but when we were checking out, they were telling us it's 350 Ra for 2 hrs... What's this ? These many issues for a 2 days stay ? I guess customers should record the conversation they have with these staff...
